We allow 10 minutes of waiting on Hotel Pickups before the driver will need to leave for other commitments

this way we are always on time for the next client

Delayed Flights we allow 40 mins then we try to reorganise a pick up due to other commitments (No refunds at this late stage) Please notify us as soon as possible of any flight delays so we can accommodate. There could be further wait time charges if you require us to wait.
